Naomi Asher

Executive Director, United Way of Anderson, Campbell, Morgan & Scott Counties

Naomi is a long-time resident of East Tennessee where she has spent 16 years in nonprofit management. She is passionate about nonprofit leadership with a focus on rural communities. She has been the Executive Director for United Way serving Anderson, Campbell, Morgan and Scott Counties in East Tennessee for 9 years and also consults with area nonprofit organizations as The Maven Consulting.  

Dawn Jenkins

Principal, South Columbus Elementary
Volunteer, United Way Community Investment

Dawn is committed to ensuring that every child has a safe, caring, and supportive environment where they can achieve unlimited potential and be known, valued and inspired. Since her tenure, she has increased test scores, moved the CCRPI score by 23 points to a 73, and in 2018 the school moved from the bottom 10% of schools to an impressive ranking of #12 in a district of 31 elementary schools.

Randi Warren

Board Chair, United Way Board of Directors

Randi provides strategic legal counsel, negotiates high-profile transactional matters, and manages the intellectual property portfolio for Aflac Inc. and its affiliates as Corporate Counsel. Previously, she served in a dual role as Head of Legal for Aflac Subsidiary Empowered Benefits and Senior Counsel, which she played a crucial role as the Chief Legal Advisor to executive leadership in the Corporate Office in Charlotte, North Carolina.
