Case managers helped her apply for affordable housing opportunities, navigate available resources, and search for a home that would provide lasting stability. When a suitable home became available, the program partnered with the property owner, helped prepare the unit for move-in, and provided assistance with the security deposit, first month’s rent, and utility deposits.
Throughout the process, Melissa remained focused on creating a better future for her family.
